WASHINGTON (AP) The Federal Election Commission has dismissed a complaint filed by George W. Bush's campaign committee against a parody Web site.

The FEC said it would rather spend its limited resources investigating more significant complaints. Its decision was made public Friday.

At issue is a parody Web site posted by Zack Exley of Somerville, Mass., who satirized Bush's presidential bid. The home page, for example, features a campaign logo with the slogan, ''All grown up now.'' Another page proclaims, ''hypocrisy with bravado.''

Bush complained about the Web site last May, calling Exley ''just a garbage man.''
